Let's talk about sport and music. We use to do it almost everyday. Yes we do it because more or less, the whole range of our activities here at the Wellness Centre are made with music. Songs and different rhythms are basic as well as the wish of being well of everyone who takes part of it. Karate, Swimming (in terms of competitions) and Waterpolo (where we are playing the regional sub13 league together with Posillipo, Canottieri, Pomigliano, Acquachiara and so on...) are just a small part of the small (big) world-Ulysse. In the studio or in the pool, the sports we doing seem to be a very effective way to reach the so-called wellness (benessere). Let's try it. Even if we think we have no time enough.
