Full SPA Treatment :  
includes: Calidarium: with Finnish Sauna (temp. 85° C); Tepidarium: with Turkish Bath (temp. 45°C), Spa pool (temp. 35°C) with hydromassage bed and Jacuzzi pool; Frigidarium with Ice Grotto, Cold Normal and Bucket showers for heat re-balance; Kneipp Walk; Neck Massage Fountain; Sensation showers: Tropical and Arctic with Aromatherapy and Chromotherapy; Relaxation room with anatomic loungers and Herbal Tea salon. 

Facial Lymph Drainage :
complete strong-action facial drainage massage based upon brushing and pumping techniques, it improves the circulation and eliminates all toxins.

Foot Reflexology :  
acting on foot reflex points in which the body energy lines merge, this massage technique, by means of  pressure applied on these points, above all allows diagnosis of the corresponding body parts, re-balances any dysfunction, acts on circulation to balance blood pressure, stimulates the immune system, reduces stress, anxiety and pain, helps to induce relaxation and combat insomnia and relieves symptoms such as constipation and nausea. 
Body peeling in AQUASPA :
a whole honey and mineralised seaweed exfoliating treatment, performed in AQUASPA with the aim of deep skin cleansing.  It begins with a first 15-minute massage to relax, detoxify and reactivate microcirculation. Warm honey mixed with seaweed is then applied and a second total-body massage is performed, with special care in the roughest skin areas such as elbows and knees. The guest, covered by a special wrap , is enveloped in the health-giving vapours of the Steam Bath for about 20 minutes, and is then rinsed by the operator who completes the treatment with a total-body massage based on Velvet-moisturising Marine Lotion (Thalassotherapy).

coupled with the steam bath, it eliminates skin impurities by means of AQUASPA advanced technology - a special tub in which alternating hot and cold jets refresh, purify, detoxify and moisturize the skin, making full use of the water properties. The massage performed during the treatment and the pleasant body-wrapping warmth sensation, together with the aromatic vapours, gives a great positive feeling.

AQUASPA :
relaxing hydrotherapy treatment which, coupled with the steam bath, eliminates skin impurities by means of AQUASPA advanced technology - a special tub in which alternating hot and cold jets refresh, purify, detoxify and moisturize the skin, making full use of the water properties; the massage performed during the treatment and the pleasant body-wrapping warmth sensation, along with the aromatic vapours, gives a wonderful feeling of wellness.

Mud – Aquaspa – Massage :
treatment by means of AQUASPA advanced technology - a special tub in which alternating hot and cold jets refresh, purify, detoxify and moisturize skin, making full use of the water properties; the massage performed during the treatment and the pleasant body-wrapping warmth sensation, together with the aromatic vapours, gives a great feeling of well-being.  The treatment is enriched with full-body thermal mud application and the guest, covered by a special wrap, is enveloped in the health-giving vapours of the Steam Bath for about 20 minutes. A total-body massage using Velvet-moisturising Marine Lotion completes the treatment (Thalassotherapy).

Facial - Mud Mask treatment :
a deep-moisturizing skin treatment in several steps, planned in sequence to achieve the best result for each application. The main and fundamental steps are, in chronological order:
Cleansing: a vital opening move for any treatment, eliminating all impurities from the skin;
Preliminary action: prepares the face for optimum treatment assimilation, and consists in a series of massages to firstly relax, then drain, detoxify and reactivate.
Intensive action: acts upon the blemish in its entirety and includes application of a 20-minute mud mask;
Complementary action: the aim of this step is true skin beauty care.

Californian Massage :
highly relaxing anti-stress massage. It acts at both physical and psychological levels. On a psychological level it tends to stimulate energy re-balancing, wellness, deep physical and mental relaxation; on a physical level it improves blood and lymphatic circulation, increases muscle tone and helps to reduce circulatory inflammation and swelling.

Shiatsu Massage :
massage that induces deep relaxation and rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit. It can help, by acting on energy blocks, to relieve pain symptoms caused by stiffness, muscle tension and aching joints; in addition, it helps in cases of  neck pain and different kinds of back pain, e.g. lumbago, sciatica, etc. It improves blood and lymphatic microcirculation, relaxes the nervous system and helps in cases of stress, anxiety, insomnia and migraine.

Anti-stress Massage :
a full body relaxation massage, this helps to relieve tension and eliminate stress and tiredness, it improves and preserves psychological wellness by inducing a cared-for and pampered feeling, besides stimulating and optimising blood and lymphatic circulation.
